A soft, fresh goat log with a natural rind exterior. The inner paste is light, fluffy, fresh and a little acidic.
Ribblesdale Cheese Company have been making cheeses since 1978. This cheese is named after Batty Moss, an area of moorland one mile from where Ribblesdale Cheese first started in its early days.
It is shaped like a mini baton and is aimed at being a fabulous Yorkshire addition to the cheeseboard.
