Perfect pasta goes the whole way

The Wellocks’ pasta room is really in full flow. These are some of our highlights since opening:

  • We have been developing pasta lines for Whole Foods Markets in London. Leigh has visited London for a week, serving up various pasta dishes to a brand new audience: a very exciting venture indeed.
  • The team is working on a couple of new lines, including asparagus ravioli which will become a stock item now that asparagus has become plentiful.
  • We have recently changed the recipe for some of the raviolis, and we are using a vegetarian Parmesan so you can advertise them as vegetarian on your menus.
