MSK demo session at Wellocks
Wellocks recently hosted an MSK demo class at the Wellocks development kitchen in Nelson for six of its customers. The chefs attending were from The Samling Hotel, Hipping Hall, Linthwaite House Hotel, The Villa Levens, No. 17 Café and Restaurant and Lindeth Howe Hotel all based in The Lake District.
MSK’s development chef Vicky Enderson took the class and demonstrated a range of different skills and techniques of molecular gastronomy and showed the chefs how to work with liquid nitrogen. Vicky shared advice and knowledge about MSK products and ingredients and how they can be used in new and interesting ways on menus.
MSK is a supplier of premium quality food-related ingredients including a specialist molecular gastronomy range to the hospitality industry and producer innovative and unique products.
